Job Exploration and Assessments Opportunities - are provided to visit and observe jobs and work sites. Job seekers can even get paid while “trying out” a job for a week or two.

Job Development and Placement Staff - develop competitive employment opportunities in a wide variety of employment sectors and include both part-time or full-time jobs at a minimum wage or more.

Job Coaching and Job Jeopardy- A trained coach may accompany the individual to the job site to help him or her learn the job and adapt to the new work place. They are also available in times of crisis when we get word from an employer that their job is in jeopardy. The job coach can go in and help resolve the issues.

Extended Supports - After the job coach fades away, the community employment staff will visit the job site at least twice a month to ensure everything is going well.
