Community Enterprises of St. Clair County was formed in October of 2011 by The Arc of St. Clair County as a new private, non-profit organization to assume responsibility for and operation of programs that serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These programs are designed to help individuals in their quest to live, work, and be included with others in all aspects and places of community life.
Our mission is to support people with disabilities to live and work in the community as valued and included citizens. Community Enterprises of St. Clair County envisions a community that values and respects all people.

The services and supports that are provided are individually designed, ensure integration into community life and focus on daily life and/or employment activities.
We work to achieve meaningful, measurable results that maintain and improve the lives of the people we serve.
We demonstrate integrity by doing what is right and by operating with honesty, openness and transparency.
